Menu Password Maintenance CIM creation
These two files together enable the
setup of user profiles within MFG/PRO. They were created for
MFG/PRO version 9.0 but give some idea as to an approach at
Groups within MFG/PRO. Place the 2 files together in a
directory so that the word document can find the Excel file.
Menu.doc is a mailmerge document to be
used once you have edited the Excel spreadsheet with your
chosen access groups for each menu. Because this uses the
old menu maintenance program there are 3 x group sections
within the spreadsheet. There is also 3 x calc columns to
aid when editing the groups sections.
The User Groups tab in the spreadsheet
gives a brief description of the role of each group. |
